Yesterday, a small contingent of early arrivals traveled to Humlebaek to spend the early afternoon at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, but we officially "began" our iitAURORA adventure at dinner last night. We gathered at Cap Horn, one of the many restaurants along Nyhavn (the picturesque dock you see above and in all the postcard-perfect images of Copenhagen) and the history lesson that preceded our meal revealed that the building was 450 years old and a former brothel. As with all port cities it seems... where there were once merchant sailors and salacious activity, there are now tourists. Nonetheless, the food was excellent (asparagus, zander, entrecote) and almost everyone managed to be alert for the duration - despite a number of jet lagged faces. Farvel!
